The fundamental pillars of our organization

Born in 1974, the Molon company has developed over time to become a solid reality in the field of metal structural work and precision laser cutting.

Thanks to the use of high-tech systems and equipment, we are able to meet the needs of different types of customers, starting from the processing of artisanal and exclusive details, up to series production.

Over 40 years of experience …

The experience of the Molon family in the metal carpentry sector originates in the early 1900s, thanks to the great-grandfather, Mr. Molon Carlo, who started his blacksmith business by opening a small workshop near Monselice.
In the mid-1950s, Mr. Molon Luigi, son of Carlo, following his father’s footsteps, opened a small artisan company in via Granzette in Monselice (loc. Schiavonia), after ten years his two sons Antonio and Lorenzo joined the family business.
The business gradually began to expand thanks to the competence of the Molon brothers, until the S.n.c. was established in 1974, together with the first industrial shed for carpentry and the construction of aluminum windows.

In 2000 a new factory was built in the industrial area of Monselice with plans to expand the corporate purpose. In fact, the sons of the two historical partners entered the work team. Thanks to them the laser cutting process on flat sheets developed.
The company began to equip itself with increasingly specific and sophisticated systems and machinery and today it boasts a fleet of machines that consists of different technological systems.
In 2012 the company is transformed into S.r.l. and acquires another factory near the one in the industrial area with the aim of further increasing its production capacity.

Nowadays, the Molon Antonio and Lorenzo S.r.l company located in two production plants occupies a total area of 16,000 square meters, 6000 square meters of which are for equipment and production. The company workforce currently consists of 45 units divided between administration, technical office, and production staff.
