Supported by the use of the most updated Cad/Cam software, and after a careful study of design problems, we are able to create any type of structure, even complex, based on the specifications indicated by our customers.
With the software at our disposal there is the possibility to use and process the files supplied directly by the customers.
The 3D formats that can be used and imported can have the following extensions .iges, .step.
As for the import of 2d files, they can be imported in the .dwg and .dxf format.
For other formats it is advisable to contact our technical office directly.

The Molon company has an internal workshop consisting of a large machines fleet and adequately trained staff, able to operate in all the main processing phases:
cutting, drilling, pressure bending, satin finishing, deburring, welding and assembly.
Once the components have been processed, the parts are subjected, if required, to painting and galvanizing treatments for which we rely on qualified external suppliers.
Our technicians from the design office, supported by the most updated CAD/CAM computer systems and following the provisions of the regulations in force, are able to design any type of structure, even complex, in compliance with the indications given by the customers on their drawings or other technical/production documents.
The delivered product is considered verified and in accordance with the agreed characteristics, as well as packaged and stored in protected areas until the time of shipment. As to transport, means suitable for the material to be delivered are used and the implementation is carried out by teams of specialized workers.
